Darling Anaïs is a perfumery and house of adornment, shaping the future of scent through olfactory storytelling and heirloom design. Based at 45 Rockefeller Plaza in Manhattan, the brand reflects founder Halima Haider’s lifelong devotion to scientific curiosity, interiors, and luxury craftsmanship.
Inspired by geological rarities and royal tradition, our fragrances are slow-macerated with some of the rarest raw materials in the world. In collaboration with master perfumers, Halima develops scent profiles that evoke ethereal landscapes and olfactive regality, delivering a sensory experience that is both transportive and refined.
Every vessel, wearable piece, and decorative object is conceived to elevate the present and be passed down to the next generation. Enriched with precious minerals, storied gems, and aristocratic detailing, each creation honors aesthetics, heritage, and a healthier planet.
Halima’s journey with redolence began in a childhood steeped in physics and chemistry, with a touch of kitchen alchemy, where her late grandmother’s bottles of Shalimar first awakened her fascination with perfumery.
Her commitment to sustainability took root in her teens, when she co-founded an urban farm while Darling Anaïs was still a modest chandlery devoted to hand-poured small batches.
A sensualist at heart, she first crafted each sacred batch in memory of her darling cat-child, Countess Anaïs—beloved muse and namesake of the brand—and in homage to Venus, goddess of love, beauty, fertility, prosperity, and desire, before partnering with manufacturers to meet increased demand and scale the business with intention.
What began as a romantic olfactive escape has since evolved into an American heritage company spanning niche fragrance, haute joaillerie, and objets d’art, now on track for its 2026 relaunch.
